All MachineCraft machinery comes with a standard 24-month parts and labor warranty covering manufacturing defects, control system components, and structural integrity. Consumable items (cutting tools, seals, filters) are excluded. Extended warranty packages of up to 5 years are available.

Lead times vary by product: standard catalog models typically ship in 10–14 weeks. Custom configurations may require 16–24 weeks. We provide a detailed project schedule with milestones at order confirmation, and your dedicated project manager keeps you updated throughout.

Yes. We partner with leading industrial finance providers to offer flexible options including equipment financing, operating leases, and sale-leaseback arrangements. Terms from 24 to 84 months. Our finance team will prepare a customized proposal based on your credit profile and cash-flow requirements.

Absolutely. We invite you to our Regional Technology Centers where you can run your own parts on our demonstration machines. We can also arrange application tests on customer-supplied material. Contact us to schedule a demo — there is no obligation.

Our CNC machinery is available with FANUC, Siemens, and Mitsubishi control systems as standard options. We can also accommodate specific control preferences for customers with existing standardized fleets. All machines support DNC/Industry 4.0 connectivity via EtherNet/IP, OPC-UA, and MTConnect.

The ArmoBot AR-1200 features a collaborative safety mode certified to ISO/TS 15066, enabling power-and-force-limiting operation for human-robot collaboration at reduced speeds. The SwiftBot SR-400 is classified as a non-collaborative robot but includes full guarding options for safe cell integration.

All MachineCraft equipment carries CE marking as standard. Products are also certified to ISO 9001:2015, and specific models hold additional certifications including OSHA compliance (for the US market), UL listing, FDA 21 CFR compliance (medical-grade variants), and ISO 10218 (robots). Certificates are included in the documentation package.

Yes. Our machines support standard industrial communication protocols (OPC-UA, MTConnect, EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP) that allow integration with all major ERP and MES platforms including SAP, Oracle, Infor, Epicor, and custom systems. Our integration team provides API documentation and commissioning support.

We offer a comprehensive Training Academy with courses for operators, programmers, and maintenance technicians. Training is available on-site at your facility, at our regional training centers, or via our e-learning platform. Course completion is certified, and most programs qualify for CPD/continuing education credits.
